Service Details

  • We visit your property in person to capture the full layout, then verify key dimensions (walls, doors, windows) to deliver a clean, accurate, and professionally scaled floor plan.

    • AR scanning + laser measurement of the property

    • 2D floor plan creation and labeling

  • Please ensure each property is accessible at the scheduled time.

    If agent-assisted access is required, please coordinate access throughout the appointment window. For multi-property bookings, access is typically arranged as each property is completed. Delays in access may impact the remaining schedule.

  • For bundle packages, all properties must be available on the selected appointment date. These visits are scheduled back-to-back to complete the floor plans efficiently and provide the discounted bundle rate.

    Please ensure all properties can be accessed on the same day before booking.

  • Typical on-site time depends on property size and complexity

    • 1-2 hours for small to mid-size properties

    • 2-3 hours for larger or complex properties
